There s no concrete limit in how many credit cards should one have. It only depends on your responsibility and sense of reality. The right number of credit cards for you is the number you can easily manage, pay the rates and do not go overboard on your spending. Otherwise you will have to face a quite uncomfortable credit card debt.
The most effective way for eliminating your credit card debts is building a budget plan and sticking to it no matter what happens. And of course visit the banks where you have an account opened, ask for a reduction to your APR. In order to eliminate efficiently your credit card debt always make a balancing, put the credit card with the highest APR in the front of the row and try to repay at first. With proper thinking and financial management you can easily get out of our credit card debt.
